1. What we collect
When you book, join as a member, or apply as a therapist, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, service address, booking details, membership plan, and (for therapists) professional details such as specialties and credentials attestation. We also keep records of bookings and membership payment status.
2. How we use it
We use your information to deliver and confirm bookings, manage memberships, communicate with you about your appointments, share the necessary booking details with your chosen therapist, and operate and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payments
Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal on their own systems. We receive confirmation of payment but never see or store your card number. Their privacy policies apply to the payment step.
4. Who sees your information
Your booking details (name, contact, address, requested treatment) are shared with the therapist providing your service. Therapists are required to keep client information confidential. We use service providers (such as our hosting provider) to operate the site; they process data on our behalf.
5. Retention
We keep booking and membership records as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
7. Cookies
The site uses essential cookies for sessions (such as staying logged in and remembering your language). We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
